Loren is retired from Longstreet Clinic, where he served as Chief Operations Officer. Over his 30 years with Longstreet, he had responsibility for facility development, Information Systems, Ancillary Services—Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy—and overall Clinic Operations.

Loren started T.L. Funk Consulting to help physician practices and other healthcare organizations with their operational challenges and to provide strategic direction. He has now expanded into fractional executive roles for small businesses and non-profits, in addition to healthcare, bringing decades of operational and financial leadership experience to organizations at pivotal stages of growth.

Loren is husband to Michelle, Dad to David & Lily, Zachary, and Jacob. And in his most important role, he is Pop to Miles Loren (Milo) Funk. He and Michelle enjoy mountain biking and recently moved to Johns Creek, Georgia to help start a church.
